For Beth Flora, the North Oregon Coast is more than a place to live and work—it’s part of her family story. Generations of memories were made at her family’s homes in Cannon Beach and Gearhart, and today, as a Seaside resident, Beth knows these communities not only as a real estate professional, but as home. That personal connection gives her a genuine understanding of the area and inspires her to help clients find their own place along the beautiful North Coast.

Beth began her real estate career in 2021 after decades of experience in sales, service, leadership, and relationship building. Her professional background includes a start at Nordstrom and 20 years as co-owner of a medical equipment manufacturing company serving long-term care and senior living communities. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), accredited by the National Association of REALTORS®, Beth provides compassionate, knowledgeable guidance to older adults and their families navigating downsizing, retirement transitions, and the sale of homes filled with cherished memories.
